Wonderful Hotel Experience!
central location helpful staff spacious room
The hotel's location was quite central. I could easily walk to restaurants and gardens. The staff was helpful with directions. I really appreciated the traditional style hotel. The room was clean. It was also spacious. Beatriz at reception helped me a lot at check-in. She gave dinner recommendations and booked a taxi for the airport. I thought that the breakfast had many options and was well-prepared.
The temperature in the room was centrally controlled. It was a bit inconvenient to request adjustments.

amazing architecture friendly reception nice common space poor cooling noisy room ground floor
the architecture was amazing i found it perfect for my two night stay. it was close to everything, i needed and the staff were helpful. the reception staff was very friendly. i saw some nice common space.
the air conditioning was reported, but it never provided cooling. i slept all night on top of the blankets due to the heat. our room was on the bottom floor next to the front desk so it was very noisy.

great location friendly staff gorgeous building quiet street
The location worked great. Tourist attractions were close. The staff was friendly and always available. The building design I thought was gorgeous. A very quiet street. The front door had a security code. I felt safe at night.

Filtered water and tea were available in common areas. I appreciated the courtyard and its design. Breakfast service happened there daily. I did appreciate the hotel provided those services.

The standard double room i stayed in was very clean. it felt well taken care of. the location was perfect. Main attractions were within walking distance. i found the staff to be lovely and very helpful with directions.
the entrance to my room faced directly onto the internal patio, this made it a little loud early in the morning.

the hotel has a good location. the staff were friendly. the rooms were spacious and clean. there was filtered water available in common areas. i also appreciated the tea.
soundproofing between rooms was not adequate. noise from other guests was sometimes noticeable

Acceptable, but Noisy
street noise ineffective air conditioning
My room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard every conversation in the hallway. The noise from the street was quite intrusive. The air conditioning also struggled to cool the room adequately, so I did not sleep comfortably at all. These issues definitely detracted from the experience
